Na fesťák se těším, hlavně na tu atmosféru a pohodu s rodinkou a kamarády okolo, tentokrát vyšlo i počasí. Další svěťák je za rohem, takže v týdnu jede tvrdý trénink, až si v sobotu říkám, že nejsem moc ready na boulder závod. Kvalifikace je tentokrát v lehčím duchu, daří se mi přelézt všech 6 boulderů na 8 pokusů a zařazuji se na 2. postupové místo za Romana Kučeru.

Odpoledne příjemná podpisová akce u Singing rock stánku, chvilka odpočinku a jdeme na finále před diváky zaplněným parkem.

Ve finále příliš nechybuji, první kolmička OS, silová dvojka taky na OS. V trojce mě napoprvé klepne k zemi úvodní skok, druhým pokusem skáču a pohlídám si náskok do topu za malou jebku. Do čtyřky jdu už méně koncentrovaný a s pocitem vítězství. Do Topu je potřeba udělat nohand a až třetím pokusem přicházím na betu, která je pro mě přijatelná. Vítězím, nejvíce mě pod tlak dostávali Roman Kučera a Šimon Potůček, kteří zkompletovali podium. Díky MHFF za skvělou atmosféru, bylo to opět úžasné a díky Vám můžeme ze sebe vymáčknout 120%!

I'm looking forward to the festival, especially to the atmosphere and time spent with my family and friends. The weather was also great this year. The World Cup is coming soon, and I'm training super hard during the week, so on Saturday I'm saying to myself that maybe I'm not ready for the bouldering competition. Qualification is quite easy this time, though, so I manage to climb all 6 boulders in 8 attempts and I end up second, after Roman Kučera.
In the afternoon, I attend a nice autograph signing event at the Singing rock booth, then I take a moment of rest and we go to the final, to climb in front of a park full of people.
I don't make many mistakes in the final, I score an OS of the first vertical, together with the OS of the following power climb. In the boulder number three, the first jump knocks me to the ground for the first time, but at the second attempt I jump and make sure to finish. I'm already less concentrated in the fourth boulder, I already feel victorious. I need to make a nohand to the top, and it's no sooner than at the third attempt that I come with a suitable beta. I win, but Roman Kučera and Šimon Potůček put me under lots of pressure. Thanks to MHFF for the great atmosphere, it was amazing again and thanks to you we can squeeze 120% out of ourselves!
