Zlatý Hattrick - 1. místo ČP v obtížnosti Brno

Třetí víkend, třetí závod, potřetí v Brně – tentokrát na Hudy stěně v obtížnosti. Kvalifikací projdu v poklidu, první cesta mi perfektně sedí, trochu podcením závěr a padám v kroku do Topu. Druhá cesta je lehčí a spolu s dalšími topuji, celkem první postupové místo do finále.

S Kačkou dáme oběd ve Vaňkovce, podebatíme s Lubou Mázlem. Bylo hezké ho vidět, je to jeden z těch co mi dodávají naději, že lezením se dá na úrovni bavit ještě pěkně dlouho. 

Finále

Finále se mi leze pěkně, 3/4 cesty jsou celkem bez problému, pomalu natéká, odpočinout moc nejde, ale na hranu převisu dolézám ještě celkem svěží. Závěrečná pasáž hodně ztěžkne a každý krok je těžký: dva špatné banány, daleko do řezky, jsem napnutý a na víc než "high five" s další řezkou se nezmohu. Jsem ale spokojený – z diváků jsem vycítil, že jsem byl nejvýš, a výsledky potvrzují 1. místo. Mám radost, boj s Konym je vždy hodně těsný.

The third weekend, the third competition, the third visit to Brno, this time to the Hudy gym where the competition in climbing for difficulty takes place. I pass the qualification smoothly, the first route really does suit me, I only underestimate the finish so I fall from the last move. The second route is easier and I get to the top like many other climbers. In total I pass to the final from the first place.

I have a luch in Vaňkovka with Kačka and we have a chat with Luba Mázl. It's really nice to see him. He's one of the people who give me hope that one can climb and have fun for a long time.

I enjoy the final, three quarters of the route are pretty easy, my arms are getting swollen but I get to the edge of the overhang quite fresh, even though there aren't many opportunities for resting. The final section is much harder and each move is difficult, I'm tense and I only can "high five" a tiny sharp hold. But I'm satisfied, I somehow get an impression that I got furthest based on th reactions of the audience and my 1st place is soon confirmed. I'm happy as with Kony as a competition it's always very tight.
