Svěťák v Mnichově, to je jeden z nejhezčích víkendů v roce, který každoročně přiláká největší počet závodníků - olympijský stadion, velká show... V kvalifikaci se cítím dobře a mám pěkný vstup do závodu, lištová jednička na první pokus, skok ve dvojce na druhý. Ve trojce mě zastaví silový náskok, čtyřka jsou teplé obliny v koutě, kde se dostávám těsně pod zónu. V pětce rajbas, tam se nezkoordinuji. Ve výsledcích končím na 51. místě. S výkonem jsem celkem spokojený, ale není tam teď ta správná chuť závodit.

Chvíli po mně na stěně zápolí Štěpán, který s jednou zónou končí na 95. místě, Kuba Jedlička na místě 125. Odpoledne bojují holky, Karin Bílková si vyleze 67. místo a Danča Kotrbová 93. místo.

V sobotu dáme trénink v Boulderweltu a mažeme domů sledovat finále. Bylo to napínavé! A je fajn, že Slovinci dominovali nad samuraji z Japonska. O víkendu se potkáme v Teplicích!
The World Cup in Munchen is one of the most amazing weekends of the year and each time it attracts the largest number of competitors - an Olympic stadium, big show... I feel good during the qualification and I enter the competition well. I finish the first boulder (the one with ledges) at the first attempt and the second one (the one with a jump) at the second attempt. The third boulder has a power jump at the beginnning, which stops me, and the fourth one has the round holds in a dihedral and I only reach the zone. The fifth boulder has a slab and I can't coordinate properly. I end up 51st which is quite good, but somehow I lack a proper competing mood.
Štěpán climbs shortly after me, and with one zone he ends up 95th, Kuba Jedlička is 125th. In the afternoon it's the girls' turn, Karin Bílková earns the 67th place and Danča Kotrbová the 93rd place.
On Saturday we have a training session at Boulderwelt and then we hurry back to watch the final. It was a real nail-biter! And it was nice that the Slovenian climbers dominated over the Japanese samurai this time. See you at weekend in Teplice!
