Včera proběhla moc příjemná akce v pražském Boulder Baru. Nejprve jsme si se všemi přítomnými zalezli, pak trocha exhibice na těžkých boulderech, protahování a zjišťování, co všechno je zkrácené, a nakonec moje hodinové povídání o sezóně 2016 a celém mém lezeckém životě. Yesterday an interesting event took place at the Prague Boulder Bar. First the participants were climbing a bit and then there was some exhibition on the hard boulders, stretching, finding out which muscles are strain and in the end I talked for an hour about the season of 2016 and my climbing life in general, you can check it out here: http://www.boulder.cz/paradni-akce-v-bb-n1324
Also there was the premiere projection of my recent climb of Catalán Witness the Fitness 8C in Spanish Cova del Ocell and the video has been released to youtube.
And what's up next? On the next Friday the decathlon will take place in Ostrava, so come too!
